    Looks like somebody won't need to wear a mask this Halloween. Here's a recipe for disaster and a grotesque mug shot: drinking, pulling a heist and using a motorcycle as a getaway vehicle of choice. When Damon Michael Miljour, 36, took a spill on a road, his allegedly stolen booty of $10,000 worth of merchandise went down with him.

    Darius Holt... Sheriff's Deputies were investigat­ing a burglary at the Mahogany Ridge Liquor Store on Columbia Street in the Village of Clyde that occurred on October 7th of this year. During that investigation deputies questioned sus­pects about the previous burglary and one of the suspects, Darius Holt, ad­mitted his involvement in the earlier July burglary.

    Newark Village Police reported the warrant arrest on Sunday (10/20) of Kaitlin Martin , age 20, of Broad Street in Lyons for one count of Petit Lar­ceny. It is al­leged that back on July 28th, Martin used her ex­boyfriends debit card to pay her $ 106.24 cell phone bill. She was released to appear in Newark Village Court on November 6th.

    Kenneth Hoy... It is alleged that while doing volun­teer handyman jobs for the Zion Epis­copal Church in the Village, Hoy used a church credit card to purchase items from the Kwik Fill sixteen times. He also allegedly used a church debit card to the tune of $ 146 to install Dish satel­lite services at his apartment.

    Michael L. Newsome... Beat his girlfriend and held her captive for over 2 hours.

    Palmyra Village Police responded to a report of a fight at a party on Fay­ette Street in the Village at 11: 30 p. m. on Saturday (10/12). According to police, Rene M. Vanderlike, age 31, of 104 Palmer Drive in North Syracuse punched an­other woman in the face, knocking out two teeth. Vanderlike was charged with Assault in the 3rd Degree.

    Newark Village Police reported the arrest on Thursday (190/17) of Cas­sandra Lehr, age 20 of Bloom Road in Newark. It is alleged that Lehr entered the Wegman’s Store in Newark and stole four bottles of Delsym cough syr­up valued at $37.96.

    The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reported stopping a vehicle for Failure to Dim Headlights on Emmel Road in the Town of Lyons at 1: 18 a. m. on Sunday (10/13). The vehicle operator, Jeremiah D. Allen, age 24, of 1213 Blue Spruce Circle in Geneva was subsequently found to be in possession of marijuana, Oxycodone and Acetaminophen pills. He was charged with Unlawful Pos­session of Marijuana, Criminal Posses­sion of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, Possession of a Controlled Substance by the Ultimate User Out­side of Original Container and Failure to Dim High Beams.

    On October 15, 2013, State Police in Lyons arrested Luis A. Morales, age 44, of 112 East Maple Avenue, Apart­ment 5, Newark for Criminal Posses­sion of a Controlled Substance in the second degree (class A-II felony). Mo­rales reportedly drove to the State Po­lice Barracks in Lyons and requested to talk to a Trooper “ to report something, but that got derailed”. Morales appeared to be in an in­toxicated condition at the time. After further investigation, Troopers located a large quantity of cash on his person and in his vehicle, along with over four ( 4) ounces of a substance that field­ tested positive for cocaine.

    The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reported the arrest on Saturday ( 10/ 12) at 10: 35 a.m. of Matthew R. Mayeu. It is al­leged May­eu entered the Kwik Fill on Route 104 in the Town of Ontario, consumed a bag of chips and left the store without paying. May­eu was issued an appearance ticket for Town of Ontario Court for one count of Petit Larceny.

    Melissa Oquendo- Oquendo was charged with Petit Larceny and Criminal Possession of Con­trolled Sub­stance in the 7th degree. It is al­leged that Oquendo stole 120 Hydro­codone pills belonging to a neighbor and switched and replaced them with simple Tylenol pills. It is also alleged that she swapped the pills in her neigh­bor’s container last month also. The neighbor finally caught on when the second batch of pills smelled bad. Huh?

    Tyler Vonn was busted for breaking into cars and stealing cash, credit cards, iphones, and more.

    Wrong place wrong time, bud. Jordan Sergeant, 20, was on his way to a house party when he was charged with a DWI. Police were already at the residence on McDermott St. responding to a noise complaint when Jordan Sergeant pulled up to the driveway.

    While police were ticketing Jordan Sergeant, 17 year old Shawn Rivera-Shuler exited the car and took back the bottle of brandy which had been confiscated. This do-gooder was charged with obstructing governmental administration and possession by a minor.

    Cassandra Lehr, who has been featured previously on Redneck Mugshots for stealing cough medicine from Wegmans, involved herself in the investigation of Jordan Sergeant and Shawn Rivera-Shuler on McDermott St. She allegedly spit on the police, kicked the patrol car, interfered with the arrest of the above mentioned, and resisted her own arrest.

    Amin S. Hobbs' girlfriend alleges she did not have money for pot. Amin was rolling himself a joint and would not share, so she dumped his stash onto the carpet. You never mess with a man's green. Amin then punched his girlfriend in the face, twisted her arm and smashed the flat screen television. All of this in front of their 3 year old and 2 month old children. He has been charged with assault in the 3rd degree, criminal mischief in the 3rd degree and 2 counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

    Michael Karns, 41, Macedon, is charged with assault in the third degree, two counts of criminal mischief in the fourth degree, harassment in the second degree and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Karns returned home from a hunting trip to find his live-in girlfriend having breakfast with a different man. He then roughed-up both of them, slapping, punching, ripping a shirt and breaking a pair of glasses. After Karns was arrested the girlfriend, Jennifer Seamen, moved out. Then she was arrested for criminal impersonation in the first degree after she phoned a false prescription for Flexaril.

    You know this face! Cassandra Lehr, 20, of Newark. Apparently the store clerk recognized her face too when she shoplifted a 12 pack of Budweiser. The clerk identified her from a previous arrest featured in the Times. This is Ms. Lehr's third appearance in Redneck News in the past month! Keep up the good work sister.

    Police responded to a disturbance report in Macedon involving fighting and possible gun fire. When police arrived a drunken Haak, 17, stumbled out of a trailer obviously intoxicated. Haak spoke with troopers for several minutes, before asking them to leave because he had been drinking and didn't want the police to see him drive. Smart. The trooper did drive away a distance and Haak drove into a ditch. He was arrested for DWI with a BAC of .12. Upon arrest Haak told police he was going to commit suicide. He was then transported to Newark Wayne Hospital for observation. Also at the police station Haak kicked a sizable hole in the wall.

    Timothy Norton, 20, of Clyde was arrested and charged with endangering the welfare of a child. A neighborhood girl was playing outside when Norton pressed his penis against a window for her to see. Video was shot when Norton then pressed his buttocks against the window. Ick.
